I love Olay fresh effects. I have acne and found a product that does not make my face breakout. It makes your skin smooth and oil free. I feel good about wearing makeup now and if I use this every night I know my skin will not break out the next day.

The texture is like a muddy paste. I only use a tiny squirt of it because a little goes a long way.

The brush that comes with it has flexible bristles  that get in hard to reach places. It makes me skin feel like I am getting a mini facial. I love it.

Not Your Mother's is probably one of my favorite brands that you can buy at a local grocery store such as Walmart. I cannot stress enough how important it is to use brands that do not have sulfates on your hair. This is why I tried NYMbrands.

 

The sea salt spray gives you those beach waves that you always look up youtube videos on how to get. I promise you will get them with this brand.

Either way we need deodorant that last and work. Nobody wants to smell us.

 

 

 

The best thing about this deodorant so far, well besides that you cannot smell me, is that I do not itch.

YAY.

I have the worst problems finding deodorant that I am not allegoric to. I finally found one that really works.

I would advise anyone to get it. The consistency is between a powder and a gel. It is white but goes on clear. I love it.

I don't think I have ever smelled a fragrance that smells as good as this does.

I wear it every day and it is totally worth the $44.50 for a full sized bottle.

I used this product on my legs. I received it from influenster. 

 

 

This is what the inside of the box looked like.

My review: 

 

I was not very satisfied. Left more hair on you than it even removed. You must wax in the same place multiple times before it works. Wax is super sticky and hard to remove. 

 How to use:

1. Make sure area of skin is clean and the hair is as long as the measurement of the wax strip. 

2. Warm the wax strip in your hands. 

3. Pull apart strips and  place in the direction of hair. 

4. Pull very fast in the direction of hair growth. (YIKES) 

There you go....You will probably have to repeat this many times. The product gets very sticky and the wipes they give do not really help. I hope you guys have better luck with it than I did.

 One of the products I received from influenster is  Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen. It has a milky texture to it and smells pretty good. The bottle is simple. The lotion left my skin feeling soft. To be honest, I did not feel like it was water resistant. I tested the SPF 30 however it also comes in 12, 30 and 50 SPF!!!

 NYC New York Color in NUDE. 

Finding a nude lip gloss can be a challenge for anyone. Thanks to influenster I got to try out the NYC New York lip shine in nude. I received it in my Latina Voxbox summer 2012. 

Leaves a cute glossy look.  A little sticky but that is okay.

I love Sweet Pea! My review on The new Fine Fragrance mist by Bath and Body Works

 When it comes to perfumes and body sprays, I really do not like them. I received The new Fine Fragrance Mist (Sweet Pea) from Influenster to test and review for free. I was so excited when I found out that they gave us an actual sized body instead of a travel or sample sized bottle. 

My review:

 
Sweet pea is one of the scents that I see all my friends with and I think it is one of the ones that smell the best. I honestly do not like any that have a strong scent to them but this one hits the spot! 



The body is made of clear hard plastic so if you drop the bottle it will be okay. The prize of it is $14 dollars which I think is fairly reasonable for an 8 oz bottle. Also, the new modern design of a flower on it is super cute and I like the fact that the bottle is a translucent green color at the bottom, then a translucent yellow at the top. I really like the fact that it sprays like a mist much like the name Fine Fragrance Mist. My skin is not left wet nor does the scent over power me.

Is it just me or does this new bottle and style get a thumbs up!?

Sally Hansen Salon Effect polish strips

What a bummer.

One of the items received in my VoxBox was Sally Hansen Effect Polish Strips. I received this item for testing purposes by influnester and am not being paid by either company to write a review about the product.  I was so stoked to try them out because they had many different colors in zebra (which is my favorite thing ever). 

This is the pattern I received. Not the cutest. 

This is what came in the pack. 

How do you put them on?

1. Select the best fitting strip for you nail, either end can be used.

2. Remove the clear plastic cover and then peel the nail polish strip from the plastic. 

3. Break the silver tab from the strip.

4. Place the strip against the cuticle line. Press onto nail and stretch for fit. 

5. Smooth over nail and fail away the excess strip. 

Repeat for all nails. 

So this is how it turned out...

 

 ...And this is what it looked like after 2 hours.

 Not the best product Sally Hansen has came out with. This gets a thumbs down from me.
